The BEST location, out front door and you’re on Tallebudgera beach and less than 5 mins you’re on Talle Creek. An easy walk through Burleigh headland to Burleigh for breakky or lunch. 3 large bedrooms. 2 clean bathrooms. No real balcony space, 3 of us squeezed out there just! But you can sit inside and have amazing views. But if a balcony is essential then this one isn’t very functional. The ONLY thing I would recommend to agents is that the listing should state clearly that there is NO aircon. Breeze didn’t come in all that often surprisingly. It was offshore and meant the breeze didn’t reach any of windows. Great for the surf, not great for cooking a beach facing unit. I wouldn’t be able to sleep here if it was summer. Burleigh Letting was extremely helpful. We had last minute flight changes and couldn’t get to drop keys off in morning and they were flexible in allowing us to leave keys inside and also with check in times.

Had a great stay at Palm Beach. Beautiful big 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment right on the beach with magnificent views up and down the coast. Very clean with a very well equipped kitchen. Had everything you could possibly need. Ceiling fans in all 3 bedrooms. Only possible downside there was no fan in the living area which got quite warm in the mornings with that beautiful sun shining in over the ocean.

Air con or a fan in the living space is essential in Summer. We all really struggled in 32 degree heat which is pretty extreme with no way to cool it down. Obviously it’s an older unit with a few defects like mould and broken window screens and screen doors but it’s a beautiful view and the unit is really well stocked in terms of the kitchen. We will absolutely come back regardless.

Really good place good value what I would say that could be better for those going forward. (Weren’t told the access to garage was a small key insert on side of wall was really hard to find) Venue didn’t have aircon was very warm in lounge room kitchen area. Other than thise small things was really happy venue and price for accommodation

Great location. Easy to find and then just relax while the waves outside just roll in
