Very good apartment and location - I enjoyed my stay here and the helpful responsiveness of Kei.

The place was as advertised - the only issues I had was the WiFi was not very strong and it’s a pocket WiFi only and limited to in the amount of data could be used per day - Kei was up front about this fact so no issues there but definitely worth noting. Secondly the bathroom and shower room are vented to the outside and on exterior walls so in the winter the front of the house was not well insulated and a bit drafty. During non winter months this shouldn’t be an issue but again it is something that should be noted for future renters. Beyond that the location is very good, the place was as advertised and Kei was easy to communicate with.

This place is located in the center of Shibuya. It’s very close to the station and easy access to the major restaurant and shopping spots. The apartment is large enough compared to other apartments in Tokyo. It is rare to find an apartment that can fit the dining table and the sofa. It has some street noise during the night but it is normal for the location. I would recommend to anybody who wants to have an easy access to Shibuya and enjoy Tokyo life!

I was hesitant staying at an AirB because of some past not so good experience I had - however I’m so glad I took a chance and stayed at Kei’s place. Kei and his team were always very responsive- for instance when I requested for extra towels although I was staying solo because I wasn’t sure if the towel would dry without a dryer, he said it wasn’t a problem and I had plenty of fresh towels. When the electric kettle had some issue, he made sure someone brought it and hung a new one on the door knob when I returned home the next day. His place in Shibuya was awesome location wise too- it was a nice 10 min stroll to the Omotesando area when I didn’t want to go to the super congested Shibuya so gave me options. The place would be best for up to 2 people and maybe a child but if you’re on a budget I guess 5 can sleep but would be pretty tight having to walk over people when sleeping. If his place is available, I would definitely consider staying at Kei’s place again ! Mahalo Kei & team :)
