Bob and Sue were very responsive hosts and have a lovely little cottage. Clean as a whistle, small but perfectly laid out. Our first evening we opened the French doors out to the beautiful garden - sipping wine with the birdsong, just lovely. The bird feeder was magical, lots of little birds flying about, the odd squirrel and we even saw a wood pecker. Very quiet and peaceful location. Sue (or maybe Bob?) is a great cook as we very much enjoyed the delicious scones, home made jam and organic muesli. What a welcome pack! We would recommend this lovely little place and will return! This place was spotless and exactly like was described with photos. The hosts Bob and Sue was amazing. Helped with with directions and kept us fully informed. The extras and attention to detail i have never experienced before. Homemade jam, scones and bread to die for. A bag of things in the bathroom just incase you forgot anything. They have thought of everything! The accommodation is set in an exquisite landscape and so peaceful, with alot of places for beautiful walks. We will definitely be back for another stay to get away from our busy lives. Thank you Bob and Sue for letting us stay in your beautiful home 😍

I would agree with previous comments, we had a very peaceful break in a beautiful and well equipped detached annexe. Cannot fault anything. We’ll definitely be back

What a lovely place to stay! The best AirBnB experience I've had by far! Bob and Sue's attention to detail was amazing - from the cleanliness and presentation of the cottage to the amazing organic breakfast. I would recommend the stay for the homemade scones and jam alone! A particular highlight of our stay was the incredibly peaceful setting in which it's located - the bright March mornings filled with birdsong was so memorable. We would absolutely come and stay again and would highly recommend Bob and Sue's country escape to anyone looking for a peaceful break. Thank you for having us! :)
