An absolute gem of a place… as described and beautifully decorated and clean, we loved it so much we are thinking of coming back in the fall… An ideal location for the harbour… close enough to be footfall from all the fun yet so peaceful and tranquil too.. Great host communication and a lovely welcome inside that we felt right at home.. Thankyou

A lovely house in a fantastic location within walking distance of all restaurants, bars and the beach. Caroline was a great host and text us when the house was ready which was earlier than our official check in. Parking available on the road outside. The decor of the property was lovely and the views were stunning. We would definitely recommend and go back again.

We had an incredible stay in New Quay. Loved the house and the location, especially the views. Caroline super helpful and communicative. We plan to return.

Lovely location and space for a family get together with two small dogs and children. Great decoration, comfy lounge, good to have a separate dining room, sea view bedroom was a perk, kids enjoyed the bunk beds. Kitchen and bathrooms well equipped. Fab water pressure and heat from the showers. No more than 10mins walk into New Quay centre and the beach. We have been to New Quay before so knew some of restaurants already but Caroline had provided a really helpful list of suggested places, and books with walks in the local area. 5 mins walk to local Costcutter shop which is well stocked for the essentials. Caroline was in touch to check everything was ok. There is an outside area at the back of the house with different levels of terrace but we didn't use this due to the weather and using the beach instead but we can imagine this will be lovely in better & warmer weather months. We were able to park near the house on street. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Absolutely fantastic stay at Caroline’s house in New Quay! The house was stunning, well-equipped, and the welcome package was a lovely touch. Perfectly located with short walks to beautiful beaches, including dog-friendly ones, and the charming local town. Couldn't have asked for a better getaway. Highly recommend!
