Comfy, clean and layback apartment in bike distance to tulum city center. Private balcony, and modern, nice interior. The host is super nice, sent us perfect recommendations and kept our luggage save while traveling. Thank you Hugo!

The unit is as per pictures however a little bit run down. Bathroom is rusty due to high humidity (general problem in Tulum). We would wipe the floor after each shower to maintain it better. Shower was great and strong Unit was quiet with nice greenery outside the window. Ground level so u have a small veranda. Not easy to walk downtown so better if u have a car/bike. The host is very present and responsive. Brought us new batteries for the lamps, kettle, etc. Overall, comfortable stay

We had a very good stay in Maria and Hugo's accommodation in Tulum! The studio was very beautiful and stylish, we had a pleasant little terrace which overlooked the greenery. The rooftop swimming pool is also great. The place was very peaceful. Maria and Hugo were very kind and welcoming, we were able to rent bikes. The accommodation is a little away from the city center, it's really great if you have a car because there is a parking and the location is quiet. But if you travel without a car like us, the best solution is to go to the city center or the beach by bike!

I liked this place. It felt comfortable spacious and generally quiet. I liked the bed (firmer bed). For tulum I felt more at peace than other places I’ve stayed because it’s off a street with not much noise which was important for me. The bathroom is small, no shower door, so the water runs all over the floor gotta be careful not to slip. But good water pressure and it was warm. Everything worked as it should’ve. Sometimes can hear other guests at night time but that’s everywhere so if you’re sensitive bring ear plugs. It was worth the money to me and Hugo was a nice host
