This tiny home community was really neat! We loved walking to the waterfall on the property and taking advantage of the playground.

Our month-long stay was pleasant and comfortable. The cabin is in a community of tiny homes, but is set back quite a ways from the road and felt reasonably private. It's a small space, as advertised, but it met our needs and offered comfortable indoor and outdoor spaces. Check-in and getting established was problematic, however. The community gate code we were given was wrong, and the guest handbook was incomplete and contained a mix of current and outdated information, including essentials like WiFi network name. To his credit, Sean was very quick to respond and helped us resolve our issues as they came up, but those issues were very avoidable. Lack of attention to detail was evident in other areas as well - dead batteries in a remote, dying batteries in a keypad lock, less than cleanly cabinets, a tepid hot water heater temperature setting. The problems were all relatively minor, but unfortunately numerous.

Our family has always been curious about tiny home living and happy that we were able to first experience it at this one. It was the perfect size for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 lil kiddos), but especially loved the location near Monteagle, Tracy City and Sewanee. The hike on property to Deer Lick Falls was so serene and adventurous. The home had all the amenities we needed for our stay to be both comfortable and practical.

The toasted marshmallow made for a dream honeymoon destination! Perfect location in the middle of a ton of hiking and sightseeing, and such a cute lil home to call ours for the week! The host was kind enough to leave lots of coffee options and amenities to do laundry, the location was in a safe, quiet location and made for a homey location to relax after spending the day exploring! 10/10 recommendations to this host and location ❤️
