Brett's apartment was maybe the cleanest airbnb I've stayed in. The location was perfect and the outdoor space was great. Note that there's construction happening in a very close section of Brett's property and across the street. There was limited noise from that and we could hear walking around and muted sounds from the upstairs unit. The top unit would probably be great!

Great experience. Brett was very helpful with the flexible check-in time too! Also helpful in providing restaurant recommendations. Great place. Convenient location. We elected to grill out most nights and the grill was clean. Would stay here again!

Brett was wonderful to communicate with, fast, responsive, and always pleasant. This unit was sweet and cozy just as described. Furniture and beds were very comfortable. Everything was neat as a pin. It was very walkable to commercial street where we spent the majority of each day and evenings,the off-street parking was great, and then learning that there was Parking on the street as well, for our guests really was fabulous. We have always used Airbnb for our trips to Peatown. This is among our favorites we will definitely stay here again.

Loved this airbnb! It had everything we needed for a weekend stay with our 11 month old and is the cleanest airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. The furnishings and decorations are not only beautiful but also contain quality pieces. The bed was so comfortable! We also appreciated Brett’s flexibility in letting us do a later check out to accommodate our son’s morning nap. Would definitely stay here again.
