Firstly, Lin was over communicative as other reviews stated, which is always appreciated. The “no eating in the living room” rule seemed a bit odd to me, as there was no dining area other than the screened patio or the pool house. The scenery was beautiful and walkable as well as very peaceful. We had no issues with the home itself or most amenities. However, we did run into a problem with the pool. Instead of sending service immediately, we were asked to try a variety of things the first day, then send several pictures and try a few other things the second day so service could be scheduled for the third day (our check out day.) This was a major inconvenience and Lin changed her tone towards us via text when I asked for a partial credit due to the pool being out of commission. Things escalated and I had to contact Airbnb directly with screenshots. At the end of our stay I was mostly uneasy and uncomfortable due to all this. I understand things happen but this was not handled ideally.

Very beautiful private property, and the heated pool was a plus. Perfect place to explore nature, relax on the screened in porch with a cup of coffee, or take a dip in the pool. Lin is a very responsive host with plenty of local recommendations.

Lovely clean comfortable place , but we didn’t have phone reception or WiFi Also I was left with a contract to sign from a lawyer naming me as a tenant , it was s few pages long also it stated that I would be responsible for the lawyers fees??? Obviously I didn’t sign it

Lin is very helpful and wants you to enjoy the home as they do ! It was a short trip but it is a very welcoming home and clean too. We loved all the property had to offer , especially outdoors! acres of land to explore . Will return !
