Relax with the whole family at this peaceful house. The house is 2 minutes from the seafront . The gardens are peaceful and enclosed so greatand safe for familes. With a gazebo and conservatory with afternoon sun makes a this a special place to share with family and friends. There is a downstairs shower room and offers a day bed in the dining room for 1/2 guests so ideal for guests that cannot cope with stairs. The rooms are spacious throughout. The lounge has comfortable seating and TV - with access to the kitchen and through to the conservatory. The dining room is also spacious with table and chairs, games for the whole family. A day bed for 1/2 guests which is either ideal for guests that can only use the ground floor amenities, or for guests to use as a day bed to read and relax.

Had a great stay whilst visiting family in the area. Very close to the beach & the beach hut was a lovely bonus which we used most days. Spacious detached house with character
We absolutely loved our stay. The house was beautiful, and the location is ideal for access to Frinton beach.
the minute we walked in the door, the house felt great, comfortable quiet. bed rooms are large so is the bathroom. also great to have shower room downstairs. Will definitely rent one of Barbara's hoilday homes again if this one is anything to go by.

This area of Frinton is called the College area which is extremley quiet but close enough the the main Connaught Avenue shops, bistros and coffee shops
Close to the seafront it is great for exploring Frinton or Walton on Naze
There is unlimited off street parking and also parking on the driveway.
There are local buses that run along the seafront and the train station is approx 10 minuted walk for trains to Walton on Naze, colchester and London
