This beautiful pool home is a great place to spend some time with family or friends, or for long term stays and remote work. The pool and hot tub provide lots of aquatic fun and if that's not enough, it is only 15 minutes to the nearest beach. The screened in porch is a nice hang out and keeps the evening bugs at bay. The house also features a roomy office with WIFI and printer just incase some works need to be done. It is important note that this is a pet friendly home, and although the house has been and will be thoroughly cleaned after every stay, people with dog/pet allergies should take that into consideration. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a home cooked meal, except the ingredients of course, however, you will find things like oil, salt & pepper, spices and other non-perishables.

Our stay was amazing, coffee and snacks already there. It was clean and felt just like home! We had everything we could ask for plus some.

Amanda’s place was beautiful. After a nice day at the beach, we relaxed in the heated pool and hot tub while enjoying a cold beverage. The outdoor space was perfect for dinner, drinks, and some TV time. The kitchen was well stocked. A fridge full of water and some snacks on the counter were a nice touch. The surprise was the extremely comfortable adjustable bed! We really enjoyed our stay in this squeaky clean beautiful home. We’ll be back!

Great location to visit the Kennedy Space Center. House was very nice and great for our family. Kids 11 and 12.

We really enjoyed our stay at Amanda’s house. We were also very grateful that she had some snacks and some yogurts and little things making our arrival with little kids easy. They have a heated pool and we everywhere there is a smart tv so we could put music in one and kids could have their thing in another. Also the office space was very helpful!

The house is located in a friendly and quiet neighborhood only 35 minutes from Orlando International Airport. 20 minutes away from the nearest beach and about 30 minutes away from famous Cocoa Beach. Kennedy Space Center is only 20 minutes a way and is definitely worth a visit. If you're interested in airboat tours and see some alligator and other beautiful wild life, midway gator tours is only 15 minutes away. And for dolphin and manatee spotting, sand point park and the Indian river are just 10 minutes away. There are also tons of restaurants within just 10 minutes, easy enough for dining out, or ordering in and eating it pool side. The edge of the Indian river also gives a spectacular view of rocket launches, so make sure to check the time and date for the next launch during your stay here.
