The house was just like the picture only thing it was very dusty and there was no TVs in the bedroom. Also the owner was watching us through the ring camera which was kinda weird other then that I will give this house a 5 star

House was beautiful. Everything was as expected and communication with Joseph was fast and very accommodating.

This place is really well located, very quiet street, and a great layout. There is a sofa and TV connected to the kitchen that has seating for 12 people, a great place for friends or family to spend time. Good beds, good sheets and towels, new appliances, etc. Joseph is very attentive and was proactive asking for our needs, and we got to meet him! good guy. We will definitely stay here again.

Do not stay here unless you want to clean and deal with septic issues yourself. On arrival we had dirty kitchen counters with crumbs and unwiped spots, dirty kitchen cabinets inside and out, crumbs and spills inside microwave, gross fingerprints on light switches, dirty bathroom floor, dirty bathtub, dirty walls and the list goes on. Owner told us to use wet paper towels to clean and use a broom and swiffer. He also said if we “wish not to clean it is entirely up to you. I inquired a week prior to arriving about the pool and was assured it was operational. However, it was too dirty to use. Told us to use a brush to push the dirt to the middle. The outside table and chairs were too dirty to use. Also, you have to wait about 5 hours after anyone takes a shower to flush the toilet. On the last day, the toilet overflowed all over the floor and the master bathroom was totally unusable. Trust me - run away from this house. The pictures may look nice, but stay somewhere else.

Our family enjoyed Joseph’s modern, spacious home! The kitchen featured new appliances a large island and plenty of seating for hanging out, and cooking together. The beds and furniture were comfortable. Joseph was always responsive and considerate of our needs. We really enjoyed our time together and this lovely home made it even more enjoyable.
