Visit our region in our newly renovated 1800s fruit packing house. It has all the rustic glam and modern amenities to make your trip to Seneca Lake charming, true to the spirit of the Finger Lakes, and hospitable. We are excited to host you! The Guest House was previously used as a part of functioning fruit farm on what is now Peach Orchard Point. While in a quaint lake community, it has easy access to the lake, forest, gorges, wineries, breweries, and eateries that make the Finger Lakes a top tourist destination. This space had families in mind but can accommodate many combinations of guests. For those visiting with children, please let us know. We have high chairs, toddler beds, and various other young child essentials you may use to make your visit more comfortable and enjoyable.

A lovely place to stay when visiting the Finger Lakes. Charming, cozy, and located close to the wineries. Rose was very communicative, and even let us check in early. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay in this beautifully renovated historic location overlooking the lake. It was a perfect location to return to after days of hiking. Sunsets on the lake were beautiful and the kitchen was perfect for cooking a nice meal together and enjoying some local wine, including wine from the hosts themselves. The hosts were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay!

Parking is on premises. While driving is possible in the neighborhood, it is best enjoyed by foot. Peach Orchard Point sits perpendicular to State Route 414 that highlights the best of Seneca Lake Wineries, Breweries, and Eateries. Driving is essential and safest way to travel on 414. Many visitors choose a driving service to safely experience all that Hector and Seneca Lake have to offer.

I am an Airbnb traveler and Super Host. I live with my husband (Jason), our son (Zephyr), and our two cats on Seneca Lake in the heart of Finger Lakes wine country. I am a licensed psychologist, working with people with developmental disabilities. Jason manages his family's farm and owns Hector Wine Company (winery). We love sailing, fine food, interesting drinks, clever conversation, brilliant music, and anytime we can put all those together!
