Jules was incredibly friendly, and super responsive. his wife was super kind and helped us a lot. The room was very nice. The only issues I had with the property was 1. due to the lack of ventilation in the rental there was a very noticeable smell of mildew or mold. 2. We were not allowed to keep the AC running when we left the property, while keeping it running would have helped the musty smell. 3. Due to the design of the building being all concrete it was incredibly difficult to have stable internet connection. With the reason we booked was to have a place to work at night while remote. The option to have better signal was it sit in the lobby area, however their guard dog barked the whole time it saw you. Both dogs were super cute and loving. The did offer to bring it inside during the times we needed to work. So again very accommodating. We ended up staying with my wife’s family the majority of our booking due to finishing renovations for bedroom and office.

Nice place. Every thing according to description. It was my fault that I haven’t seen that there is no hot water. But this point (no hot water) is mentioned in the description so there is nothing for me to blame the host. Host is really nice. Check in check out were really easy and fast

Thank you so much Ms. Jules. Very accomodating and all the staffs are so polite and approachable. The host even ask someone to fetch me via car kahit ang lapit lang pala. The place is clean and worth it. Madamo na salamat ☺️
