peaceful and safe place to stay. 24 hours Roving guards, Subdivision Gate has 24hrs guards on duty. 10mins away from seafood Restaurants and NGC (city Hall) Lopues shopping center,McDonald's, Jollibee,KFC,and other Fastfood chain. 15mins away from Sm,Malls and downtown area.Easy to book a Indrive with a cheap fare. family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. A 20mins away from the Bacolod silay airport

This place is not where the AirBNB location states on the map, it is not in the centre of Bacolod.

From the house to SM city or Downtown area it will take you 15 to 20 minutes. Camella has a Shuttle Service that you can ride from home to SM city at a cheap fare. You can text the Driver to pick you up at home and deliver to SM city or the downtown area. You can also book on Indrive at a low cost if you want to go for a walk anywhere in bacolod.
