This is a great place with three great bedrooms and two and a half baths. The place was immaculate with all new furnishings. The surrounding area is beautiful Adirondack scenery and the little community in which the cottage is located has a very interesting history. We visited with our adult kids and 97 year old mom to see the total eclipse of the sun. It was a perfect location. I highly recommend this place. It’s comfortable, quiet, and cozy!

Jamie’s place is amazing. Beautiful house, great accommodations, spacious and super functional! We spent three days and we felt right at home. Super recomendable if you plan to ski around Lake Placid area. We’ll be back! Also, Jamie is a great host, super pro-active and responsive! Overall experience: 10/10

Six of use stayed at the Phoenix ABNB and spent 3 nights while attending the Saranac Lake Winter Carnival in February 2024. The place is a one story setup with three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths, one being located with the master bedroom. I have stayed a many ABNB's and hands down this is one of the better ones I have rented. Plenty of parking, good size kitchen and space to spread out. Jamie was very responsive to any questions we had, and we hope to rebook again for next year. The place is located about 1 mile from village center, so was walkable for us. There was plenty of closet space for clothes and the beds were comfortable. Thanks Jamie for being such a great host.
