You'll have a great time staying in this, spacious & bright 2 bedroom, dog friendly, holiday home - Nautical Nook. Situated in an excellent quiet position on the 5* Shorefield Country Park yet within walking distance of the leisure facilities, bars & restaurant. Equipped to a very high standard with all new crockery, utensils, equipment & bedding/towels. This really is an excellent self catering holiday home but with the quality of an excellent hotel. Nautical Nook - a luxury holiday home. Enter through the main door in to a bright, open & fun living/dining/kitchen area. Dining - The dining table has 4 chairs and plenty of space for all guests to enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner plus space for the extra couple of stools should you have friends/family visit for the day. Kitchen - Directly in front of you as you enter is the fully fitted spacious and well equipped kitchen. An integrated full size fridge/freezer is directly on your right with plenty of space for your food delivery/shopping. A built in microwave oven, gas hob & double oven offers all you need for cooking. Plenty of cupboard space with good quality new crockery, glasses, cutlery and other kitchen equipment plus space for your food items. You will find a small welcome tray on your arrival with tea/coffee/sugar. It is just enough to get you started & for that first cuppa when you arrive. We provide you with a good stock of kitchen essentials for cleaning & washing up & managing the bins & recycling as well as tin foil & cling film for picnics & days out. We also supply toilet rolls to start you off, kitchen towel & similar items for your arrival. There are also bottles of hand soap & hand sanitiser. You just need to bring your own toiletries & personal care items. Lounge - To the far end, with double patio doors, is the lounge area with a large L shape comfortable sofa. The perfect place to chill and relax with plenty of throws & comfy scatter cushions. The electric fire is great for cosy nights in watching TV or your favourite DVD - the TV is a Smart TV so you can log in to Netflix or any other streaming sites you have. There is a good selection of both children's and adult dvd's but if you have your favourite at home - don't forget to bring it with you. Master Bedroom - The master bedroom is at the end of the corridor & consists of a king size bed, bedside cabinets, a double wardrobe with drawers underneath and even has room for a dressing table/stool . This bedroom has it's own ensuite wc & basin. A bright and airy bedroom with all new bedding & towels being provided (just remember to bring your own beach/pool towels!). There is no TV in the Master bedroom right now, but you can still enjoy the smart TV in the lounge area. Twin Bedroom - The twin bedroom is halfway down the corridor and has 2 single beds (slightly smaller beds than standard), bedside cabinet, wardrobe with drawer underneath. Again all quality bedding is provided. Main family shower room - Opposite the twin bedroom and adjacent to the master bedroom is the good sized family shower room with a large shower cubicle, wash basin, wc & plenty of shelving/storage for your toiletries. We provide all bedding, bath towels & hand towels, bath mat in the main family shower room, tea towel & oven gloves. Outside - The holiday home has wrap around decking - both ends of the property and down the side. An excellent size decking area at one end of the property has a rattan set of furniture - 2 chairs and a sofa/bench with coffee table. The perfect spot for breakfast, lunch, dinner or just coffee or drinks. At the other end, accessible from the patio doors at the end of the lounge or from the main entrance door - is a smaller decking area. Open the patio doors and let the sun & fresh air flood in to the lounge/living area. There is an large metal outside storage container with folding chairs, sun umbrella and other items for you to use during your stay. Please make sure these are all put away and the container locked at the end of each day for security & make sure they are left there for our other guests to enjoy. Leisure Facilities - The onsite leisure complex is just a short walk from Nautical Nook. Leisure passes give you access to the indoor pool, outdoor pool, tennis court, 5 a side football pitch, gym, bars, restaurants & entertainment - both during the day & evening. Without the leisure passes you are not given access to these facilities.
