Ayan was a great host. The place was as described and a perfect location to stay if you are planning to roam around NY with walkable distance to trains. Overall, enjoyed the place.

Super petite chambre pour voyageur seul ou accompagné, il y a un placard plutot grand, table et fer a repasser a disposition également. Il y a un petit bureau et un miroir dans la chalbre ideal pour la mise en beauté le matin pour ne pas monopoliser la sdb qui se partage avec les 3 chambres de l'étage. La salle de bain est spacieuse et il y a des meubles de rangement, bonne luminosité et très propre. La station de train est a 5 minutes a pieds et il y a des epiceries et des laveries pas loin non plus si besoin.

Had a wonderful stay. Perfect distance to transport, and had no problem with noise. Host is very friendly and communicative. Would definitely come back!

We went on a 10 day trip in NY. Our room is really neat and cozy. Besides the bedroom, the kitchen is also a place we use a lot, it is very clean and convenient. In addition, the house is also close to the train station so everything seems perfect. I will definitely stay here again next time I come back to NY.

It’s worth your money if you only looking for place to spend night and freshen up and are out for entire day — that was our purpose and it worked out well - it provides you with good kitchen , decent bed and shared bathroom … Host is super active and responsive which helped us check in early with just a message and also provided us necessary assistance as and when required.
