Mwaka's place is a hidden gem, accurate description, beautiful yard and house right on the cliffs with everything you need to have a relaxing and safe visit to the Negril area. 24-7 security, friendly staff, great private beach and pool with a walking trail that takes you right to Orange Bay where all-inclusives are located. We are avid snorkelers, we found some of the best snorkeling right in front of Mwaka's place or at the private beach. Saw Stingrays, Turtles, Bull Sharks and Dolphins. Glass bottom boats that will take you ouit to the local reef, fresh Lobster, shopping and the best jerk chicken can be found by walking south(by clubhouse), on the path past all-inclusive resorts, to where you'll see little blue tarp shops right on the beach, 10-15 minute walk. The guys at the Lobster/Glass bottom boat tent can help you source anything you may need, ask for Noddy. Support Jamaican owned businesses, many are owned by foreigners. We will be back for sure!!

The place exceeded my expectations. The sunsets alone off the back patio and ocean side lounge chairs make it worth it. The furnishings are new and modern. The kitchen is well equipped. The security made us feel safe. Clubhouse and amenities are superb. The hostess is the best part of it all. Extremely accommodating. We planned to rent a car ahead of time to explore the island so did not take advantage of the taxi service. I would definitely come back.

Great Place, great host. Not many words are needed. This place is a hidden gem, breathtaking sunsets and views of the ocean. Pictures of the view does it no justice. The description of the place is accurate. You will not be disappointed. This home was very clean well kept. No issues at all. Located in a safe gated- quiet community.
