Die Lage & Ausstattung war wirklich traumhaft schön, ABER aktuell wird in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft der Unterkunft wird sehr viel gebaut, das stört schon sehr. Das müsste VORAB bekannt gemacht werden. Wenn der Baulärm weg ist, ist diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt sehr zu empfehlen.

This place is fantastic and I thought it looked even nicer than the pictures. I loved how it was off the main road and away from the busy areas. Short walk to the beach, maybe 5 minutes. You can also walk to Manzanillo. The location on the beach is away from the crowds which made it really nice- felt like we had our own private beach. Kitchen had everything we needed. The house was very clean and nice. I didn't realize one bedroom was only accessible from the porch (the other is accessible from the porch or kitchen), but the kids liked it. Good privacy, though that may slowly change as new houses are built in the area. I know some reviews mentioned the construction- I didn't find it bothersome. Workers in the area were respectful and didn't make too much noise. The pool was well maintained and perfect to relax in. Lots of toucans around the house (Black-mandibled, Keel-billed, Callard Aracari), howler monkeys, and poison dart frogs. I would definitely stay here again.

Se apreció :A)comunicación con Daniela, muy buena, respuestas adecuadas y en tiempo más que razonable, resolución de todas las dudas que se presentaron previo al viaje B) la casa bien ubicada y comodidades esperables C) piscina bien limpia D) único aspecto actual y se puede pensar que es por ser un area en expansion , es el hecho del ruido proveniente de la casa que se construye en la parte trasera, lo que rompe los sonidos de la naturaleza y paz deseable, es decir no es una variable dependiente de la casa, pero se pudo haber comunicado con anterioridad, según se nos informo la casa mencionada tenia mas de cuarenta y cinco dias de haber iniciado su construcción, lo que condiciona el paso constante de operarios de la construcción que, en alguna medida rompen la privacidad. En fin, lugar que al margen de lo mencionado, nuestra familia volvería, por: excelente ubicación, confortable, seguro, estado de prestaciones, carretera, gran provincia con naturaleza, gente comida y limpieza.

Beautiful house with big garden and great private pool. One of the rooms only connects to the house from outside, consider this if you travel with small kids. Felt like home, very safe area. There are some constructions in the surroundings but that is not an issue, not noisy. Beach is walking distance, we only went once as there are other nicer beaches close by. Furniture and design is very nice, exactly as in the pictures. Recommended if you want to feel like home in a quiet area.
