This fully renovated luxury apartment/casa particular, offers both modern comfort and the charm of the early 1900’s with 14ft high ceilings, original handcrafted tile floor and restored wooden work. Staying here you will enjoy a stylish interior with luxury furniture, exclusive materials and custom made details as well as great art pieces from local Cuban artists. We are located in the popular area of Habana Vieja called San Isidro, walking distance to all attractions the old city offers. This accommodation is fully renovated and available for reservations as of February 2024. It has a private entrance, is located on the second floor and has three balconies overlooking the street which allows plenty of natural light into the rooms. - big furnished hallway leading into the living room and the dining room - Livingroom with double doors towards the balcony , comfortable sofa, modern air conditioner and a 55” smart tv - 2 bedrooms with private balconies overlooking the street, modern air conditioner and comfortable custom made beds. The two single beds in one of the bedrooms can be brought together as a double upon your request - Modern fully equipped kitchen with a dining room and a table for 4-6 people - Luxury marble bathroom with custom made marble sink and details - Apartment is located on the second floor with no elevator. Worried about bring up your luggage? No worries our cohost Dayriel will meet you upon arrival and departure and will assist you with that.

My daughter and I had a great stay. The apartment looks exactly like the photos. We lived the high ceilings and natural light. Just a 5-10 minute walk to the Plaza Vieja for restaurants and drinks. Also 6 minute walk to the warehouse where there was a market for art and paintings. The cell phone made available was very convenient. WiFi was a bit spotty and there were a couple of power outages during our stay. We were happy that we bought a SIM card to stay connected. Deyrius was excellent for check in and checkout. The guides for things to do were great and helped to plan our days. The hosts helped us with drivers to the beach, a tour of the city, and airport transfer. Everything was wonderful. Great stay!!!

Milena's place was absolutely beautiful. Modern, high ceilings, but still had the charm of Cuba. The apartment was super clean and the fridge was stacked with various drinks. The cell phone in the apartment was a great idea and it made us feel even more comfortable and safe. I would highly recommend this place

Everything about this place was magic! I’m still having dreams where I wake up to the sun on my face and birds chirping out my window! I can’t wait to visit Cuba again and stay here! It felt like home!

Milena’s space is so beautiful and well taken care of!! Everyone was lovely to interact with and the apartment was no more than a 15 minute walk away from most restaurants & bars. Definitely will stay here again next time I’m in Cuba ❤️

Old Havana offers a collection of picturesque plazas and squares, colorful colonial building and streets, churches and monuments.

出行信息

You will be able to walk to most of the main places of interest in the Old Havana. If you feel you’ve walked enough for the day you can grab a Bicitaxi ( Bicycle taxi) that will take you around the old city and surrounding areas, which is also an environmental friendly way of getting around. We always recommend you to negotiate the price before hand , an average price would be between 500-800 CUP depending on the distance.
You can also grab a taxi or we can book a taxi pick up for you from the apartment. Taxies are paid cash directly to the driver and the price should be determined prior to the taxi ride.
