WARNING!!! This is not an actual place to stay. We arrived with luggage in hand and no cell service/wi-fi. He sent us to a "friends" place which was a 2-bedroom 2 bath (we paid for 6 beds, 5 baths). He said he'd give us 1/2 our payment back. We did not agree to this, but we were at his mercy. He did not refund us or pay the caretaker of the place he sent us to. Laredo did not answer our calls or messages. We were yelled at and the caretaker threatened to report us to the Cuban Embassy several times for not receiving payment. Airbnb was ZERO help. I'm writing this over a week later and they have not resolved/refunded anything. We were in physical danger in a foreign country without any way to contact help. STAY AWAY! This is a total scam, and we have been told that there are lots of problems with Cuba and Airbnb. I will update id AirBNB stands by their claim to assist with such issues.

This casa was not available when we arrived. The owner have not told us and indeed was not there and so we had to find somewhere else to stay with all our luggage. It was a very unpleasant experience and as yet the casa owner has not refunded the money.
