Lis, who manages the apartment, was there to meet us - super friendly and helpful. Excellent communications before and during the stay. We stayed on our last night before flying out from Havana but a stay at the beginning would have been good since Lis gave lots of helpful information. Flat stylish, comfortable and clean - just like the photos. We’d booked all the rooms and the communal lounge was ideal. Breakfast also good (if booked). Be aware that some taxis believe the road is in a pedestrianised area so we were abandoned and had to drag our cases from the seafront. The apartment is also on the first floor with quite a few steps so not ideal if anyone has mobility issues. There are a lot of touts as soon as you step onto the Plaza but of course the apartment is in a prime location and all the restaurants are looking for your custom. Definitely recommend Orlando’s and would love to stay here again if I’m lucky enough to come back to Havana. Thank you Lis!

We felt so very welcome from the beginning! The ladies could not have done more for us. From organizing a tour of Havana to helping us with personal illness they were fantastic, we even had our wonderful cook Marlen take us across the bay just to show us a magnificent view of Havana and the Cristo statue. I could not recommend Lis or this AirBnB more. Our most beautiful and comfortable stay while in Cuba. Lis anticipated and helped us with our every need from taxis to changing money. Everything is spotless and breakfast was delicious.
