Enjoy a stylish Havana experience at this amazing place. This enormous colonial apartment is the perfect getaway for large groups, accommodating up to 14 guests in its 7 bedrooms. One of the bedroom is a Suite and another one is a one-bedroom apartment. These self-contained spaces provide an extra level of convenience for guests who prefer a more independent living arrangement. The experienced hosts and staff are pleased to make your stay in Havana ...an unforgettable one. This luxury 280 m2 colonial apartment covers the whole floor of a 20th century colonial building which has been completely remodeled during the past 7 years to offer our guests the best possible comfort. Free wi-fi is available all over the place. The atrium has a nice colonial balcony facing Aguiar street where you can feel the real Old Havana atmosphere. It is an open space and is furnished with a 2 seater wicker sofa plus 2 single wicker couches and 2 ceiling fans where you can chill out, enjoy a drink or smoke a great cuban cigar. On the other side there is a coffee area at where breakfast is served in the morning and when you can enjoy a cold drink or cocktail during the day. There are 7 bedrooms in total. One bedroom is actually a single one bedroom (double bed) balcony apartment with a living room and a private bathroom. The second bedroom is a balcony suite with a king bed with a private bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has a king bed and a private bathroom. The 4th bedroom has 2 queen beds and a private bathroom. The 5th bedroom has a double bed and a private bathroom. Finally the 6th and the 7th bedrooms have a double bed each and share a private bathroom accessible only from the rooms. The kitchen is located in the one bedroom apartment and has all new and modern appliances. All the rooms have indipendent a / c units, a digital safe, a clock with USB charger, a smart Tv, a stylish clothes hanger space and a mini fridge (drinks are replenished daily and available at an additional cost). All the bathrooms have luxury fixtures, marble countertops and basins, big rain shower heads ,hair dryers, air extractors and vanity mirrors. Quality towels, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner are provided.

Cannot say enough about Stefano’s place! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. This place is spotless and extremely comfortable for our high standards. I look forward to returning again. Very soon!

Our stay at Stefano’s place couldn’t have been better. The house is beautiful, luxurious and impeccably clean. Stefano has thought of all the details to welcome his guests. Having complementary water bottles when you check in, fruit baskets, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in the showers were just some of those details. His staff was friendly, helpful and super responsive whenever we needed something. We really felt welcomed and my entire group agreed that this is the only place where we want to stay when we come back to Havana. I highly recommend Stefano’s property!!!!

This place blew my mind. Not only were the accommodations luxurious, the staff was incredible and provided everything I needed. Their recommendations for activities were also spot on and helped with providing guided tours through out the city. Stefano felt like an old friend and I hope to meet him again and stay at this bnb again.

If you are on the fence about staying at Stefano's place, just go ahead and book it! You won't regret it! This is by far one of thee best stays I've experienced. Stefano, his family and staff go above and beyond to assure you have a wonderful stay. Upon arrival, our group of 6 were greeted and all of our luggage carried upstairs. We reserved the entire floor and all rooms were clean, well-appointed, with bathrooms, great showers & WIFI! Each room has cold AC, TV and very comfortable beds. All the rooms look exactly like the photos and exceeded our expectations. There is a nice nook for breakfast in the back, balconies up front and a sitting area. Staff are accessible during the day until 6 pm to assist with breakfast, fresh juices, ironing or cleaning services all for a nominal fee. They even assisted with the arrangement of taxi service, entertainment and tours. The staff Annabel and Regna were wonderful! We couldn't have asked for a better host and would definitely stay again! 🥰

The apartment is located in the heart of Old Havana, recognized by Unesco as a World Heritage Site in 1982.
It's less than 3 minutes walk from Plaza Vieja, the biggest and the most lively square in the Old Town.
This is itself the main attraction of our place since you will be staying in the most picturesque district of the city, thanks to the mix of buildings dating back to different historical periodos and architectures.
At the moment this is hands down the best area where you can stay in Havana.
All the best restaurants, cafes and bars with live music are located here and all the top spots like La Plaza de La Catedral, La Plaza San Francisco La Plaza de Armas are within 5 / 10 minutes walking.

The best way to get around the area is definitely on foot, as all the main attractions or restaurants and bars are nearby.
Despite the decadent appearance, Old Havana is a decidedly safe area like all of Cuba.
You can walk peacefully through the narrow streets both day and night.
However it is always recommended to avoid wearing valuables especially in the evening as in any other part of the world.
And for slightly longer journeys you can easily request a bike taxi since there are dozens of them on the streets practically at any time.
