This was the second time that I stayed at Frank’s charming uptown apartment. I shared the space with my partner this time and our experience was just as great, if not better than the first time I stayed here. It is the perfect place to stay in Uptown New Orleans. The room is very clean and inviting. The AC unit cut the heat and made it very comfortable. The location is everything. We loved our experience. Frank’s communication is excellent. I would recommend this place again and again!
I booked at the last minute and still got my reservation reviewed and accepted in time for when I needed it, super friendly and easy instructions. The place was simple and old fashioned and beautiful and I had a clean and comfortable stay.
Had an excellent stay at Frank’s place and I will totally recommend it for those guests who want a quaint place in peaceful well connected area of New Orleans.
The neighborhood has 24/7 private security patrols by Twinbrook Security which can be reached by phone any time. Across the street is Isidore Newman High School, exclusive private school notable for its alumni, Peyton and Eli Manning.
Less than half a block away is Neutral Ground Coffee House, which features a unique atmosphere and acoustic music performances every evening. One block over on Soniat street is Gautreaux's restaurant, fine dining and a well-kept secret because there is no sign in front! (Call them for reservation)

highly recommend the St Charles Streetcar, during the day it runs about every 20 minutes. At night it's only every hour. An Uber or Taxi to or from the French Quarter is about $12 An Uber to/from the airport is about $33 The app RTA GoMobile is helpful for public transportation routes and schedules, including the streetcar.
