This house was beautifull designed, clean and looking at the most beautiful beach we found in Tasmania. Town is very small with limited shopping so you have to get your groceries earlier on your way in, which we were advised from Diego earlier and that was no problem. Beach is a small walk or a minute drive down the house. Their team was very friendly and responsive to all our needs, kind and caring. We suggest this place to everyone travelling through.

Diego was very helpful in showing us around the house and very responsive to any questions we had. The house is beautiful, the insulation was also unexpectedly a big bonus. The house stays warm at night, might even be a bit toasty for some but it was always nice and warm inside the main house area on summer nights when it's cold and windy outside. Only salt, pepper and oil are available to cook with if you are planning to do so. The absolute highlight is listening to the waves of the ocean crashing onto the beach and stargazing at night if it's a cloudless, moonless night. It's also only a 5 minute walk down to the beach. The drive is a touch far from the main Hobart area but it wasn't much of an issue as it is reasonably close to all attractions in every direction. Oatlands up north, Devil's Kitchen or Tasman Arch to the West. Hobart cbd and Wellington to the East.

The house has amazing views of lovely Primrose sands beach. The design of the house is fabulous, everything flows and is of the highest standard. The beds are very comfortable. Diego is an excellent host. Thank you.

What can I say! This place is perfect! While it has the look of a high-end property decorated by professionals, at the same time it manages to feel homely and welcoming. The house and yard are pristine and have all the luxurious/gadgets you could want. The location is a dream, overlooking the beach and mountains. The house has two amazing bathrooms, so each room is serviced separately (and there’s even a bath!). The house was very clean and the hosts are friendly and helpful, without being overbearing. I cannot recommend this properly more highly! I will definitely be returning. Thank you Diego and Zoe for making my stay in Tasmania an absolute DREAM - a trip I will always remember… ❤️

Like staying in a magazine piece all about glamorous seaside living. Beds are very comfortable and plush with pillows (a rare find with an Airbnb stay)! Our group of 4 was very comfortable in this space, even for the winter months. The kitchen is a perfect for making meals and the sunrise views from the front porch are sensational. The central bathroom has a glorious tub which provided an absolutely divine soak (but the toilet is around the corner near the laundry - kind of awkward placement, but then I suppose that it was quite nice to have the full washroom to myself for my soak). Loved the wallaby gate lol. This spot was the perfect base camp for our southeast coast adventures; only about 45min from Port Arthur, and 50 from downtown Hobart! We had hoped to spot the aurora, but the solar forecast didn't cooperate (and there are a couple of streetlights close by - just a note for others chasing a glimpse!). Definitely get groceries on your way TO the house (it won't be easy later).
