This magnificent beachfront apartment is part of a two-unit family house on the ground floor, close to the sea on the coast of Dubrovnik. This beautiful house is very private, with a beach and BBQ spot. This studio apartment includes a kitchen and dining area, a sleeping area with a spacious double bed, a bathroom, and a private covered terrace (balcony) with a unique magical view of the Adriatic sea and islands of the Dubrovnik coast. The apartment has access to the house's private beach and a lovely, quiet surrounding area. There is a barbeque on the terrace. Although this is a shared section of the property, each apartment has its own outside dining area and furniture. This house is ideal for renting with friends to spend a holiday while having enough privacy. You will find everything you need for a relaxing holiday in the apartment. ABOUT THE LOCATION The best and easiest way to reach the apartments is by car because the bus station is about 2 km away. Therefore, this place is perfect for a lasting stay with a car to explore the surroundings of Dubrovnik, Pelješac, Primorje, and Ston. In Dubrovnik and the surrounding area, an Uber service is available 24 / 7. So the best options during the stay in a house are a rental car or an Uber. Also, there are other local taxi companies available 24 / 7. A supermarket, coffee shops, and restaurants are all within a 10-minute drive of the property. There are many beautiful things and places to see, from the apartment to Dubrovnik. Dubrovnik is just 30 minutes away by car, and it is one of the most pleasant drives because the road runs alongside the sea and past gorgeous places. ACCESS FROM AIRPORT If you rent a car from the airport, you will be given the address and complete directions to the property. It's simple: after crossing the Dubrovnik bridge, continue on the main road until you see a sign on your left with the home's name (Eden & Sapphire). Please don't turn right away; instead, drive a little further and turn at the bus station for more easy parking. I will give you more detailed instructions when you arrive. ACCESS WITH A CAR If you arrive in a car, you will find the apartment easily as by the road there is a sign with the name of the apartment. Therefore, you need to follow the main road toward Dubrovnik, or the opposite side (depending on where you're coming from), following the main road until you see the sign with the house's name on the left side. I will give you more detailed instructions when you arrive. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE The Dubrovnik Riviera and our apartments enjoy a pleasant Mediterranean climate with plenty of sunshine even in the winter. We have more than 250 bright days annually, and the sun shines from sunrise to dark. The average yearly temperature is 16,6°C, with a high of 26°C in the summer. Swimming season starts in April, sometimes even earlier, and lasts through the end of October, perhaps even later. For the braver ones, the swimming season never ends.
