I can't say anything new that hasn't been said before. You book this place for the location, it is stunning and quiet. We virtually lived outside for our entire stay. Being able to get into the sea from the bottom of the property is a big plus. Also, being able to use a kayak was great. Great location to go south to Dubrovnik or Peljesac peninsula to the North. Peljesac is absolutely worth a visit, wineries, Orebic and ferry to Korcula.

A notre arrivée en fin d’après-midi nous avons été un peu surpris car nous nous attendions pas à cela: maison en contre bas de la grande route entre Slano et Dubrovnik, isolé, et beaucoup de marches… (on aime bien l’animation) Mais dès notre réveil nous avons pu apprécier le bonheur de faire 10 mètre et d’arriver à notre ponton privée. La vue est magnifique et nous avons goûté au luxe d’avoir « sa plage » privée ! Finalement un pire bonheur d’être isolé J’ai loué un bateau à Slano et je suis venu chercher la famille à la maison sur le ponton…le bonheur. Si nous revenons je louerai un bateau plusieurs jours et je le mettrais au mouillage devant la maison 😊😎🤩 Slano est a 10 minutes, Dubrovnik a 30 minutes ça se fait bien en voiture Jelena est très accueillante Je recommande !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Jelena qui est accueillante. L’appartement est dans une villa partagée mais on dispose de 3 terrasses privées magnifiques dont une front de mer avec un magnifique coucher de soleil. L’appartement correspond aux photos, il est bien agencé même pour 6. Nous avons fait une excursion en bateau organisée par Jelena qui a été un moment inoubliable avecle skipper Evan. Il y a effectivement des escaliers à descendre mais c’est normal pour accéder à la mer. Vous passerez un super moment là-bas. Je le recommande.

We had 5 fantastic days at Jelena’s apartment. As someone else said it is the outside space that makes this place very special, having direct access to the sea and although there was another apartment we often had the sea to ourselves. The 2 kayaks which were included were a huge bonus and the balcony was a lovely spot for a sunset bbq. Slano was a short drive away for meals and we also had a nice day at Mali Ston and Ston where you could walk the town wall between the two. Plenty of nice restaurants in Ston too. The apartment was hard to find in the dark but Jelena kindly directed us and came up to the main road to help us find it even though it was very late at night. We also did the private boat trip recommended by Jelena and although it was expensive, it was worth it and to be picked up and dropped off directly from our apartment was great. Highly recommended place to stay - especially for kids who like to swim

We had an amazing stay at Jelena's place. The location and views are absolutely stunning. We really enjoyed having direct access to the sea from the property. The property is very well equipped - including use of two canoes! The BBQ room is great and we made use of this. You definitely need a car to be able to stay here, as the nearest town (Slano) is 5k away. Parking is available at the top of the steps to the property. There are 107 steps to the property, so that's definitely something to bear in mind. However, the fabulous views make up for the steps! We also really enjoyed the boat trip that Jelena arranged for us. The skipper picked us up and dropped us back to the property's jetty. It was a great way to see the islands. Great communication throughout with Jelena, who advised us on where to eat and where supermarkets are. Would highly recommend this property.
