It was wonderful to stay at Mohamed’s place. The place is a beautiful little oasis on the edge of the sand dunes. Lovely courtyard. Communication was easy and quick. Couldn’t have wished for more!

Mohammed is friendly and helpful. He got us wifi because we needed it while it wasn't there when we arrived. The place is not where it is on the map, but quiet and fine. He didn't provide breakfast but we had to leave early.

I was a guest in 2020 and I was very happy to return recently, this time for two weeks. Aziz is a wonderful host. He is a kind and enjoyable to spend time with, and makes sure guests are happy every day. His brother Hassan works with him, making and serving breakfast, and as a co-host. Aziz and Hassan grew up in the desert with their nomadic family (parents, seven children, and extended family of around 50). When Aziz was seven and Hassan was five, the family gave up nomadic living and settled down in Mhamid where they still live. I'm so glad I could make that trip with Aziz last week. I was surprised by how much foliage there is in some parts of the desert. We saw many goats, wild ostrich and camels, and beautiful sunsets. We went to a great desert camp, did a camel ride into the dunes and enjoyed the beauty of the Sahara, spectacular dunes, solitude, and so many photo ops. I will never forget my desert experience with Aziz.
