It's not the first time for me to stay in Martin's airbnb in Emeryville. Martin is an excellent host, friendly, helpful, always responding promptly. The location is very convenient - trader's Joe, Ikea, shopping areas, banks, gas station and restaurants . Everything is in walking distance. It will always be my first choice when I visit this area. Thank you so much, Martin! You make staying in airbnb a great experience! Don't miss this airbnb when you have a chance.

Martin is an excellent host. His place is fabulous , very neat and clean , loaded with all amenities that you will need to stay to make you feel at home. What stands out for me is the host himself - Martin very responsive , always there to help you out in case if you need something.

Martin and Wendy are the greatest hosts! Whenever we had any issues (mainly small ones), Martin was always helpful and solved the problems asap. The apartment is very clean, location is great, very convenient - walking distance to Trader's Joe and IKEA. Though it's located right on the second floor by the Bay Street shopping place, it's not too noisy, which is to our surprise. We've been in Berkeley and Oakland couple times, but have never been in Emeryville. The main purpose for this trip is to see our kids in UC Berkeley, and Emeryville is a great place to stay - only 10-15 mins drive to the school. Highly recommend this airbnb, and we'll definitely come back should there be availability.

We would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking to stay in a safe, tidy and great location in the Bay Area. Martin was an amazing host, incredibly responsive, kind and always ready to help if any assistance was needed. The condo was very clean and lovely, equipped with everything you need. We had a great stay and great time at Wendy and Martin's place. The place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. The neighborhood is very conveniently located and although it’s a lively neighborhood the condo was very quiet. Would absolutely recommend anyone to stay there! Thank you Martin and Wendy.

Wenny & Martin are most gracious host. Their home was amazing! Super clean and right in the middle of everything in the Bay Area. Not to mention a movie theater 3 mins from your door step. We loved the stay so much that we ended up extending multiple months. As an amazing experience that it was, nothing compared to the hospitality of Martin & Wenny. They truly made this stay a home while renovated ours.
