We have had the most amazing few days in this beautiful home. It truely was a ‘home from home’ with so much to offer. The games room was thoroughly enjoyed by the entire family and the garden is just stunning. Not one of us wanted to leave and we will certainly be booking again! Thank you Patricia x

What a perfect place to spend a few days away with the family! From the stunning gardens with the peaceful river flowing, to the expansive house with a games room and bar that kept everybody entertained. I really couldn’t recommend this place more! The pictures also don’t do the size of it justice. There were 7 of us and a dog, and not once did we feel like we were “on top of” each other! As we were celebrating a special birthday, we even got a custom poster made for us which was a lovely touch. Tip - The pub that’s only a few minutes away does excellent food if you want a break from cooking, although it only opens from 5pm. Thank you for having us!

We've had an absolutely wonderful trip and stay at Pen Y Boynt (Pattys beautiful very well equipped cottage) in Cyffylliog with our 4 adult children, daughter in law, grandson and 2 dogs. House was exactly as described and viewed in photos before booking. Very welcoming, home from home with beautiful gardens and fab games room, lots of space for our growing family. Patty is very helpful and responsive with messages, even helping me order cakes for my husbands 50th birthday from a wonderful bakery in Ruthun (Becws Islyn) definitely worth a visit for some tasty treats! So many delightful places to visit in North Wales with just not quite enough time to cram it all in. Main places we visited are zip world, zip forest, Betws-y-coed, Swallow falls and Aber falls. Needless to say I'm sure we will be back for another stay in this beautiful idyllic cottage, thank you Patty for making our family break and 50th Birthday celebrations so wonderful.

The cottage was amazing. Great games room with fireplace. Patricia was really helpful and organised a special surprise for our birthday guest. Would highly recommend and would love to stay again.

We had an amazing family holiday at this lovely house. The games room and log burner added so much fun and warmth to our stay, and having the river right in the backyard was beautiful. The house had everything we needed for a cosy and comfortable time, and the nearby walks were lovely. The Red Lion pub just a short walk away became our daily go-to, especially for their delicious curries. The kitchen is well equipped. Thank you!
