I booked Abdul's house for a weekend getaway with another 5 families with young kids (9 kids from age group 3-7 and 12 adults). The living area was spacious accommodating all the guests and the house was situated away from other houses so we could enjoy ourselves without bothering anyone else. Kids loved the treehouse and the play area but the slides and the play area was a bit dirty, maybe it was just the start of the spring and haven't been used for a while. But it didn't stop kids from enjoying themselves. The house had all the things we wanted to spend one night and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended for a family gathering with 15- 20 people if you are looking for a place to have a party without disturbing others.

DO NOT STAY HERE. I was looking for a place for myself and 10 friends to stay for 1 night in London. The Mayland looked like it would accomodate us all & it had good reviews. As it turns out, this was the worst experience I've ever had at an Airbnb. When we arrived, I was surprised to find several cars parked in the parking lot and many pairs of shoes outside the back door. The keys provided led us into the side door through the kitchen. The first thing I did was open the fridge where I found old, rotting food there and moldy stains everywhere. Then we opened the oven and discovered a bad smell. There were also dirty towels hanging on a rack in the kitchen. The rest of the house continued to prove disgusting and dirty. There were dirty glasses in the bedroom, empty food wrappers and empty cans were laying on the floor. There were half used bottles of products laying open and trash everywhere. I had to pivot and find another place for 11 people immediately. Thankfully we were refunded.

Big spacious place, and perfect for a group of freinds/family needing a place to stay together for an event nearby or even just to spend some time together. Abdul is very responsive and mentioned if we needed anything he would be available. House is clean and all amenities were available as mentioned. Plenty of Uber Eats options for food! Would 100% recommend and would stay again!

We had a great celebration (Sizdah Be-dar which is celebrated on the thirteenth day of Nowruz, the Iranian New Year) in Abdul's lovely place. it was a nice and peaceful area for family celebration. definitely recommend it. Abdul is a lovely host and responsive host. PS: Dear Abdul, we will see you soon.
