Property exactly as advertised. Very clean and kitchen stocked up with basics, bedrooms nicely made up and living area comfortable and a good size for the 6 of us adults and 2 infants. Chichi even called and said she forgot to stock toothpaste and offered to bring it right over which was so lovely ! I gave the check in 5 stars because although we had trouble getting in, Chichi didn’t hesitate to come over immediately and rectify it which is exactly what you want when travelling with a small child. Would definitely stay again!

This house is stunning and super clean. From the moment we booked until the time we checked out, Chichi was on hand to help with any and all requests. The house is located on a quiet street and is within easy reach of the Essex and Kent coast as well as as London. There are tons of great days out to enjoy and lots of local restaurants and shopping in the Lakeside centre. The house was immaculate on arrival and Chichi had been super kind in leaving us a basket of goodies and essentials to get us started. The beds were comfy and there were ample amounts of towels and extra pillows to keep us all clean. If you are looking for a house with a dedicated host then this is the place for you!
