Enjoy the beachy lifestyle in our cozy townhome that we thoughtfully named Cape Breeze. We are located just steps away from the beach so that you can enjoy the ocean and also have a front-row seat to rocket launches! Visit nearby attractions like Port Canaveral, The Cove, Cocoa Beach, and Jetty Park, as well as a variety of local restaurants. If you're interested in Orlando's theme parks or need to catch a flight, we are about an hour's drive. Enjoy the beach, salty air, and relaxation! Two story privately owned town home with a detached garage. Both Bedrooms and full bathroom are located upstairs. Master bedroom has a king sized bed and Guest bedroom has 1 queen and 1 twin sized bed. Both bedrooms include Roku TVs. There is a half bathroom located downstairs in living room area. Washer and dryer are located in the garage. We include beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, boogie boards, and a wagon so you’ll be well-prepared for some beach fun and relaxation. You’ll be able to enjoy your vacation and make the most of the amenities provided!

We stayed as a family of five with one on the way and felt right at home and WELCOME to stay, even with small children. Home was top notch clean and all of the things provided were not expired and were all in working order. We cook all our meals at home and I can't express how well set up the kitchen was for us to do so. That is truly a rare find in an airbnb. We will be back!
we had am amazing time. the back deck was alot of fun, the beach was super close, and the beds were really nice. The house was clean and the hosts left us a nice welcome gift and some coffee to get our vacation started. we were so thankful to find such a nice place that was also pet friendly.
This was our second time staying here for a week and I can’t say enough great things about this wonderful home. We love to surf and walk the beach, so the location was perfect. Right across the street from a park! Sophia thought of everything to make us feel well. The kitchen was stocked with herbs and spices, coffee, tea, and all the dishes we needed. I was so happy to see the bathroom had a small lotion, shampoo, toothpaste, and other thoughtful touches. We even used the grill and sat out on the back deck. It’s a beautifully decorated home in a lovely quiet neighborhood. I can’t wait to go back!
We love Cape Breeze
The house was the perfect size for our group, which included my wife, son, and myself. The location is a short walk from public beach access. The reason for our trip kept us out of the house most of the day. So we did not use the kitchen a ton, but it was well stocked with everything you would need for basic meals.

Our neighborhood is right by the beach! It's a laid-back and relaxing area where you can enjoy the sand, surf, and sun. There are plenty of restaurants, shops, and fun activities to keep you entertained nearby. It's a great place to unwind and soak up the salty air!
The home offers two-car parking in the driveway plus a one car garage. Cherie Down Park, located directly across the street, provides a lot of parking, restrooms, picnic tables, and beach access. Additionally, there are two more beach access points with parking options within a block's distance from the home. Keep in mind that it's about a 2-minute walk to the beach, there may be no need to use your car!
