The restaurants, shops, and other amenities of Fairplay are five miles away, and the ski slopes of Breckenridge beckon around 25 miles north. You'll also find several wineries, distilleries, and breweries nearby as well as soothing hot springs, gold mines, and parks. At home, the open, light-filled living space boasts high ceilings, a wall of windows, and a cozy woodstove, with wood thoughtfully provided, perfect for cool Colorado nights. Take advantage of the full kitchen to whip up some waffles for breakfast, then sit down for a meal together at the adjacent dining table. After a day of exploring, head downstairs to shoot some pool, play air hockey, or go for a hat trick on the dart board in the game room. If you’re just looking to relax, settle in with a DVD from the on-hand library, play a board game, strum a tune on the provided guitar, or scroll social media with the free WiFi. Toss the day’s clothes in the convenient washer/dryer, then fire up the gas grill on the deck for an easy cookout.
