This place is a total gem and so is Erica. I highly recommend this rental. It's clean, lovely and in steps to the beach. Long term rental, short term it's great.

A lovely Airbnb with pretty furnishings. It had a lot of nice small touches like comfy blankets and amenities . It was also in a quiet and nice neighborhood. Erica was very quick to respond to questions.

This Airbnb was flat out excellent. The location is close to the beach, quiet and safe. Especially wonderful was the high quality cooking equipment, coffee and well designed kitchen. Erica was helpful and responded to all our questions. We couldn't have been more pleased and give this Airbnb our highest recommendation. wow

We had a lovely stay at Erica’s place in Oxnard, which was a perfect home base for day trips to Ventura and Ojai. Beautiful beachside location, a short walk to the sand where we watched gorgeous sunsets each evening. The accommodations had everything we needed (and more), were nicely decorated, felt very new and clean, as well as comfy. We enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor spaces, all perfectly appointed. Board games were a nice touch, as was the local whole bean coffee. Thank you!

Erica's place was very nice and the location being so close to the beach was great. The property was very clean and was very comfortable with modern decor as well as being perfectly outfitted with all items necessary for a wonderful stay.
