We enjoyed a brief but great stay at Thomas’s place while visiting family and friends. The house was very comfortable and centrally located. We appreciated the snacks and water that were left for us after getting in very late due to a weather delay. The pool was a great bonus, and we enjoyed having our coffee on the deck in the mornings. The neighborhood was wonderfully quiet and felt safe while still being a short drive to groceries and restaurants. Looking forward to staying again next time I’m in town!

This was a great place to stay for our quick getaway. The pool was clean and the kids spent hours splashing around and playing with the floaties. The house was clean and everything was available for us as soon as we got there. The instructions were clear and concise. Thomas was a great host and was very responsive. Would recommend 10/10 times!

Tom was a very attentive and responsive host. The home was clean and well maintained in a quiet residential neighborhood. The location was perfect for travel to nearby attractions and beaches in southwest Florida. This property was exactly as described and pictured and we highly recommend it!

We loved staying here! Our boys thoroughly enjoyed the pool, which felt very private with the screen and trees/shrubbery surrounding it. We also really appreciated being close to a good grocery store and preparing meals for ourselves and enjoying them outside on the picnic table or in the dining area. We enjoyed a variety of activities close by as well - a Twins spring training game, jet skiing, some beach time, and a walk in nature through the Cypress Slough Preserve. My in-laws also enjoyed quiet walks around the neighborhood in the morning. Tom was a great host, and answered any questions we had very quickly. It was very easy and enjoyable staying at this place. We would highly recommend it!

Thomas was an amazing host. Everything was as pictured. The home was in a quiet neighborhood close to everything! He thought of so many extras that made our stay great; waters in fridge a beautiful welcome basket just to name a few things. He had beach chairs, towels, cooler and sunscreen that made our beach day so perfect! I’m so glad we found Thomas’ place!
