The house is air conditioned, but all 3 bedrooms are also equipped with ceiling fans. The large sitting room boasts tranquil views of the riverfront. The kitchen is open concept with all amenities required to create your own delicious meals. The dining table accommodates 8. The sunroom looks out to the riverfront and has a pull-out sofa to provide extra sleeping arrangements if required. You'll be sure to enjoy gorgeous views of the river from the sitting room, decks, porch, dining table, or even the master bedroom. Outside there is a beautiful riverfront dock with a ladder to swim and benches to sit and soak up the sunshine.
