Why stay in a crowded hotel? Located in Sumner, you can walk to downtown shopping, grocery stores, dry cleaners, pharmacies, and the Sounder, that can take you to football and baseball games or just a day trip. Staying with us, we are central to all of that, as well as the Seattle nightlife and day hikes to Enumclaw and Buckley area. Smoke-Free and Pet-Free Home! Please keep in mind that there is a train/crossing that goes through downtown (can be noisy) This home is cozy yet large enough to host an intimate dinner gathering with another couple. All rooms have a T.V. with the exception of the bunk bedroom.

Second stay and Shannon is a great host!
Excellent place to stay, cable was in and out, but didn’t really need to watch TV. House was welcoming super clean and inviting. Host was in constant communication with us and answered any question. Recommended for a family as the shops are within walking distance. Thank you
Thanks for the hospitality, my stay was great and very quiet.
Internet was not working which made it difficult to get any programs on the TV. Shannon had notified us about interruptions in internet and WiFi but it didn’t get corrected thru our stay
Shannon was very nice, very responsive, was clean and good location

We are walking distance from downtown, close to the train station where you can ride a train to Seattle or to Tacoma. Sumner, WA is a quiet town away from all the city life, yet in close proximity of it all.
You can walk downtown a block away and enjoy the many small shops and places to eat that Sumner has to offer from pizza to an Italian restaurant or sit down at one of our local cafes.
