It offers a variety of amenities and comforts to ensure a memorable stay. Here’s a description of the property and its rooms: Bedroom - 1: The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, a 70-inch TV, and an ensuite bathroom. It also has a workstation which includes a monitor, docking station, mouse and keyboard so that you can work remote if you choose or check email, etc. Bedroom - 2: The second bedroom is equipped with a full-sized bed and has a jack and jill bathroom with double sinks and a tub/shower that connects with the bunkroom. Bunkroom: The third bedroom has three bunk beds. Two of the bunks are twin over twin, while one is full over full which is great for adults or kids. Family Room: The family room is cozy and inviting, with a fireplace and a flat-screen TV that includes a Series S Xbox and a Pacman arcade game. Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with modern stainless-steel appliances including a Viking stove, cookware, and utensils. It has everything you need, including a toaster, Keurig coffee maker, drip coffee maker, blender, rice cooker, and an ice maker in the refrigerator. Dining Area: The dining area features a table that seats 4 people comfortably. There’s also a breakfast bar for 3 which provides additional seating. Laundry Room: For your convenience, there’s a washer and dryer in the laundry room which is located in the garage. The warm and inviting atmosphere of this lake front house will make you feel right at home. You can relax by the fireplace, watch movies on the big screen, or enjoy outdoor activities on the lake. A few things to note: 1) The home is one level, but there are stairs to get down to the waterfront. 2) The water toys shown in the photos are seasonal (and the jet ski and boat are not for guest use) so please ask ahead which water toys will be available! 3) You are renting the first floor of our vacation home, but there will be no one staying in the home during your stay. 4) This home is a great family getaway, but it is not childproofed. However, we do offer child proofing options to use (please see photos for options). We offer a Dream On Me full size crib upon request (46H x 54L x 31W inches **max weight limit 50 lb). We also have a pack and play, highchair, baby bath, baby dishware + utensils, a sound machine, baby books, a shape sorter, magnatiles, sand toys, lifejacket, and more! 5) Since the home is close to a body of water, toddler safety may be a concern. To address this, baby gates are put up outside when guests stay with small children. This allows families with small children to hang out on the deck and covered patio while keeping their children in that area. Guests have the option of removing the baby gates if they prefer. Here are some important rules to keep in mind during your stay: Extra Guests: Only guests listed on the booking are allowed on the property (no extra guests). Parties: Parties are strictly prohibited on the property. Smoking and Vaping: Smoking and vaping are not allowed on the property. Candles: Only flameless candles are allowed on the property. Septic System: The home is on a septic system, so please do not flush anything other than toilet paper.
