This is a mixed review. There were some great things but also hiccups from the mgt team. PROS: The setting is beautiful and looking at the lake is so peaceful. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious with ample closets. The multiple common areas and kitchen are large and comfortable - lots of counter space. The air hockey table was an absolute hit with the kids. CONS: this place is managed by a national co with a local manager so communication is slow and disjointed. The house was not cleaned when we arrived due to some kind of miscomm with management, owner, and cleaning team and it took over an hour of waiting on the phone, texting the generic customer service number, and messaging on Airbnb to finally get a response. But they sent cleaners that night and did a good job. The showers were tepid while the sinks were hot. We had to wait from Sat check in to Mon for a plumber to fix. WiFi is spotty when not in common areas. TVs don’t have cable or streaming so aren’t functional.

Our time at this villa lake house was amazing. The layout was perfect for our group, with plenty of room for everyone. The lake views from the house were stunning, adding a nice touch to the whole experience. The house was well-kept, and the amenities were great. The bedrooms were comfy, and the bathrooms were spacious. Being close to the lake gave breathtaking views. Overall, it was a fantastic getaway spot that I highly recommend.
