Beautiful house right on the water! Close to the golf course and restaurants and anything you could need. My *only* complaint is it was HOT. The house didn’t have AC and even with fans it was toasty. Some screens on the windows would help bc it got cool late at night. And it more suited for 4 adults, not 6 as the small room with a futon is smallll and with no windows. Otherwise we had a great stay! Would def recommend and stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at Theresa’s place immensely. We had the best vacation. Place was amazing and the views were spectacular. Can’t wait to stay again.

We had multiple issues with the house ranging from floors being very dirty upon check in, the dryer not working due to the vent being clogged, septic alarm going off and the most serious being the water had a distinct bad smell and turned bright orange. This was reported and did not get resolved. Response received was that she tested the water and it was “within state guidelines”. It may have been within guidelines for bacteria (I did not see the results), however never addressed the fact that it smelled sour/kind of metallic and was turning everything orange. We had to leave earlier than planned and find alternative housing. It is a shame, it is a beautiful house, and great location, but not maintained.

If you are looking for Lake Tapps, this house is on it!! Easy to find. Pictures are what you see and the Host was very communicative. Neighbors were friendly!! Would be a great spot in the summer to enjoy boating or hanging out!! This is for the top floor of house only. Lower level is separate, backyard is shared. Our dog, Vudu, enjoyed the stay & was truly living her best life. Thanks Theresa!!
