I enjoyed my stay and look forward to coming back when I’ll have time to explore Kent some more. The location is perfect to use as a jumping off point and there’s so much available within a short walk.

We had such a fantastic time staying at 45 on Main. Gary welcomed us as soon as we arrived and helped us inside. The apartment was exactly as pictured and just what we needed. My family and I have been to Kent three times and this was our first time staying at 45 on Main… we had our eye on it for quite some time, back when it was still Kent Coffee and Creamery. It is such a prime location, we didn’t drive once. We walked downstairs to get coffee in the morning (so delicious, by the way) and then walked to Kent Pizza Garden for beers and the best pizza in the afternoon. It was a perfect stay. We were lucky that it snowed while we were in town and Gary immediately grabbed a sled for us to borrow. The hospitality was wonderful and this getaway was just what we needed. Hoping to make this our presidents’ weekend tradition. It certainly gave us something to look forward to after the holidays. Thank you, Gary and Brad!

Very cozy place if your destination is Kent, CT. Great floor plan and walking distance to everything in the town of Kent. If anything I think could be better, it is the shower. The water pressure seems a bit low, hope the host could improve this. Anything else is perfect.

This is one of my very favorite places to stay. If anything it's only improved under the new owner! The coffee and sweet shot downstairs is such a cozy place, and I loved the outdoor fires to keep warm in the cold. The place itself is filled with blankets, has wonderful views of town, and you can even see the freight train go by in the morning (if you're lucky). I love what the newbies have done with the place and can't wait to return!

Thanks to this new local spot in Kent, CT. Convenient to nearby private schools including Kent School and Marvelwood. Good use of technology for door locks. Well lit building and stairway.
