Con Tommaso la comunicacion siempre muy cordial, muy atento y nos indicó muy bien para llegar hasta el deparmento que se ubica arriba del restaurante. No conocimos a Tomasso, pero nos recibió Roberto (creo), quien trabaja en el restaurante y nos explico todo de manera muy rapida y amable. El nos brindo toda su ayuda y tambien colaboro subiendo las valijas. El departamento es hermoso, super grande con dos habitaciones abajo, una con baño en suite, y en el segundo piso hay como un mini departamento con una cocina, mesa, sillon y habitacion aparte con baño en suite tambien. Tener en cuenta que hay que subir varias escaleras. Muchas gracias por su hospitalidad y su bellisimo apartamento!

This lovely and spacious apartment was just right for our stay in Venice, accessible to everything, yet quiet in the evenings. Thoughtful touches like fresh flowers in every room and fruit/biscuits to welcome us. The restaurant downstairs was amazing and we dined there twice. Everyone was so warm and welcoming and also super-helpful in booking water taxis when we needed them. Grazie mille! One note: the stairs to the second level are tricky, to say the least. Take them carefully and you should be fine.

Amazing! This place is simply amazing. I want to keep it to myself as Venice’s best place to stay. Fresh flowers, welcoming snacks, and beautifully decorated. The building staff were excellent as well. So friendly and helpful. We traveled with a 9 month old, 2 year old, and an 11 year old. We just kept the kids off the stairs because they are steep but each room was bright and welcoming. The bathrooms were clean and had plenty of towels. Because the kitchen is upstairs, there were mini fridges in both the downstairs bedrooms. It was very convenient. The location was great. Close to many great shops and cafes. The restaurant below was amazing as well. Thank you to all the staff. We would love to come back!
