Property was not worth the amount I paid. There weren’t curtains on most of the windows. Access to the home was a little difficult unless you have 4 wheel drive. That was not stated in the listing. I would not recommend staying here unless you really enjoy a rustic place away from town.

I stayed here during a travel nurse assignment in Tonasket. If you’re wanting secluded, this is it baby. Super quiet and private. The host kept the unpaved road plowed from snow very well. But the property is still a bit of a challenge to get to if you don’t have the proper vehicle or tires in the winter. But the cabin was nice, clean and quiet. My one big critique is the lack of WiFi. Really makes the place not as doable for a long term rental without that. Other than that, the surroundings are gorgeous and you really learn a lot about yourself. Loved the giant modern fridge and stove top. I wasn’t very good at building and keeping a fire going in the wood stove, but if you know how to, the host does an excellent job keeping you fully stocked on firewood and kindling! The views are stunning from up there And many deer were right out side the door! Loved that it had laundry on site. I don’t plan to return to this area, but is a nice cabin for a stay up there :)

Evolve is a very hands-off host company. The pictures on the listing were enhanced to make the place look pristine when in reality it's sparse as if someone just moved out with only bare necessities available. Most of the windows do not have curtains so there's no privacy which wouldn't really be an issue since it's rural except it's right on the landowner's driveway. They have an active garden right outside the dwelling as well. We reported that the toilet was not working well at the time of our check-in and Evolve sent the home owner to inspect it. However, the homeowner entered the premises without any advance notice. They just knocked and entered. We were sleeping and didn't hear them knock in time. Very awkward considering the bedroom has no privacy and is open to view from the entry. Also, the homeowner stated the toilet has always been the way it was (sluggish) and suggested we could just put the toilet paper in the trash. The toilet plugged easily the entirety of our stay.
