It was an absolute pleasure staying at the Fallow Cottage. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Perfect location for short walks to the shops/restaurants in Lyndhurst and within reach of all the top destinations in New Forest. Mark was responsive to our queries and happy to accommodate our last minute change. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in New Forest.

The cottage was absolutely lovely, furnished to perfection and a marvellous stay for our Christmas! We felt right at home instantly, and the surroundings were very beautiful and peaceful :) would definitely recommend!

A really lovely house in a great location. A short walk into the centre of Lyndhurst with all amenities. The house itself is beautifully set up and Matthew was a great host. Would definitely come back.

Great experience staying at Fallow Cottage for 4 days. Was cycling and riding with my teenager. Stylishly decorated. Spotless. Super responsive and flexible host. Very quiet road. The place is just a couple of minutes walk to the high street shops and restaurants. Parking is easy.
