Apartment was really lovely and the customer service was outstanding. I had trouble with the door code and WiFi and Suite picked up straightaway on a Sunday night 8.30pm! Texted me to ensure everything was ok. Really thoughtful touches with dog/cat water bowl and treats for our puppy and chocolates for my son. All amenities were great quality and the free coffee pods were very welcome. The shower was powerful but the cubicle could do with a deep clean. The apartment is on the ground floor on a main road so it did get a little noisy. Would definitely stay again.
Visited for our Christmas gathering with my family and Pet, perfect apartment for a cosy, comfortable, convenient stay. From the amenities to the easy but secure access to the apartment, this was one of the most memorable stay we have had so far!. Our host was communicative and easy to reach no complications.
There were lots of unexpected little extras (treats, tea and milk) in the apartment and the layout was excellent. The area was quiet late at night but road noise and bin collection starts early. Lots of good fast food around and plenty of good food shops. Perfect for what we needed on this occasion.
