We are a complex of rental villas for 4 people and couples, fully equipped, swimming pool, ranch, terrace, wifi, we are a few meters from Playa Avellanas, Tamarindo, Guanacaste. With the option of visiting many beaches around such as Playa Langosta, Grande Junquillal, Tamarindo, among others... This family room features air conditioning, tea/coffee maker and kitchenware. It offers 38 square meters, two rooms, one of them with a double bed and another room with 2 single beds. Ideal for families and friends.

La descripción del alojamiento posee publicidad engañosa (no es en playa tamarindo, usan esto para obtener más reservas está a 35 minutos de tamarindo y simplemente no era funcional para nosotros en esta ocasión ) una vez que pague y me llego la ubicación real me pude percatar a lo que de inmediato solicité a VR el reembolso por mensaje. El anfitrión nunca se contacto conmigo (no me respondió). Al suceder esto contacté a servicio al cliente de Airbnb y constataron mi situación y ellos me hicieron el reembolso. Es una pena que se aprovechen de esta aplicación para engañar a las personas. Creo que airbnb debería crear un sistema de verificación de ubicaciones y certificar que las descripciones y títulos de las publicaciones sean apegados a la realidad de los alojamientos.

La ubicación es increíble. Cerca hay un mercado gastronómico camino a playa avellanas. La piscina deliciosa y se duerme muy bien en el lugar. Lo único que no nos gustó fue la falta de agua en el lavatorio. Llegaba un hilo d agua y un día no llegó agua a ese grifo. Y la ducha está tapada y no cae directo el agua, es un poco complicado ducharse ahí. Por lo demás todo bien
Great location close to the beach and super clean. The kitchen is functional for a short stay and a great addition. The pool is absolutely beautiful and the staff and host were very responsive. Ultimately we made it work but especially if traveling with young children, it is worth noting that the two rooms are completely separate with a courtyard between them.

We have a large parking lot, the place is very safe, there is nothing to worry about, we also have people in charge of the surveillance and care of our property. Many visitors prefer to move around the city by car, but it all depends on your needs. If you want to know other beaches, the center of Tamarindo and others... Other visitors prefer to walk and see closer places, our villas are a few meters from Playa Avellanas, right there is Lola's Bar and Restaurant with an open concept, with a variety of food and drinks. Right on the beach you can find surf lessons.
