Whether you're in town for a special event or on a road trip and *really* need to do some laundry, we welcome you to this lovely guestroom. Your guestroom has a private gate and its own driveway with room for one vehicle. Plenty of yard space to throw a frisbee or sit in the sun. Great for solo travelers, couples and small families. We live onsite and are happy to share coloring books, toys for the lake, or baby items like dishware. This guest room features new, modern furnishings, a comfy queen bed, and the kinds of nice little touches we've come to appreciate ourselves when we travel. Nightstands have built-in charging ports, there's a bluetooth speaker for your use, and the washer/dryer are complimentary and located right in your unit (curtained off when not in use). We have an optional adult-size cot and bedding to accommodate a third person, if needed. The kitchenette has a small refrigerator with freezer, a microwave and a coffee maker. It will be stocked with coffee and creamer upon your arrival. Kitchenette comes with dishware and drying rack for basic meals and snacks. Cellular blinds provide light filtering, and blackout shades block out pretty much all light. A reading nook with chair, table and overhead lamp is useful for a work session or to enjoy a meal.

Great stay at Kelly’s place! It was quiet, safe, and has everything you need for a quick stay or a longer visit. It is a short drive to downtown Boise, and Kelly was very helpful with local recommendations. Great communication and instructions to make the visit a breeze. Highly recommend!

The place was cute, and we appreciated Kelly’s communication and friendliness. The bedding was very soft, and the mattress was comfortable. The walls were a bit thin and we heard noise (plumbing, voices, doors) in the morning— nothing extremely loud, just normal family / house noises. The neighborhood felt safe and location was great for our plans.
This was such a quaint room and Kelly is a great host! Very communicative and timely with responses within the app. Super helpful and kind. I was very impressed with the Boise guidebook that Kelly has taken the time to put together for their guests. I wish we had more time to use any available shared space and get to know them as they seem like such great people. I loved knowing that if we needed a kitchen it was available upon request. The room had all the amenities we needed for a couple nights. Loved having a private fenced in space to park at night, which brought peace of mind. Would definitely book again!

Southeast Boise has the best of all worlds - lots of parks and open space, great coffee shops and restaurants (especially along Parkcenter and out at Bown Crossing, which we're very close to). It's convenient to downtown, the airport, the freeway, Boise State and the foothills for a hike and the Greenbelt for a bike ride along the river.
Your guestroom is just a few minutes from the I-84 freeway, and about 8 minutes from the Boise Airport and Boise State University. Our neighborhood is calm and friendly. You'll have access to your own driveway. There's room for one car.
