This home is large enough to comfortably accommodate a big family or group of friends. Recently remodeled, you can expect a very cozy and comfortable stay. A large sunroom and screened in porch make this river house appealing year-round with its gorgeous views. This neighborhood is residential and a mix of vacation homes and retirees who live here full time. It is very quiet and offers plenty of privacy. We are in walking distance to Jack's Fishing Resort & JoJo's Catfish House. There you can have a convenient quick dinner or rent a boat for a nice day out on the water. This part of the White River is quite beautiful but isn't accessible or swimmable. Swimming holes and fishing areas are located at the boat ramp just down the street as well as the Sylamore Creek via Blanchard Springs National Park, Rosa hole, Gunners Pool etc. Cancellation Policy: Please note that no exceptions will be made to the Cancellation Policy, and that we strongly suggest purchasing Trip Insurance to cover last minute cancellations due to illness or other unforeseen emergencies.
