Ocean View Beach Club --- 51 Old Orchard Tucked into a resort neighborhood just over two miles from the Bethany Beach Boardwalk and sandy shore, you’ll find this stylish townhome. Built in 2019, it features bright, fresh decor, a quiet, tree-lined setting, and plenty of space to spread out both outside and in. Community amenities include an outdoor pool, game room, sports courts, and a gym. At home, start the day with coffee on your private back patio, then step inside to make some breakfast when you get hungry. The open, airy space offers lots of natural light and a modern, coastal vibe. The chef will love the expansive kitchen, with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a larges standalone island, perfect for meal prep or a quick snack. The adjacent dining table offers plenty more space at mealtime. Hop on one of the available bikes and spend the day exploring on two wheels, then come home to cool off in the central air-conditioning while the washer/dryer takes care of any laundry. Entertainment options include board games, free high-speed WiFi and cable, and five streaming-capable TVs. And, with separate living areas both upstairs and down, everyone can watch what they want. At the end of the day, four spacious, well-appointed bedrooms promise a restful night’s sleep, including a main-floor primary suite with a private bath. Another bedroom upstairs also boasts a private bath, and the two back bedrooms share a balcony. With such a serene space and so many nearby activities and amenities, the only question remaining is how many extra days to book. <b>Things to Know</b> The 2024 fee for renter wristbands is $38 per person per week. They must be purchased and worn by all guests, six years and older, while using our amenities, including the pools, clubhouse/fitness center, and sports courts. This policy applies from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day. The outdoor pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The indoor pool is not accessible. Guests must use personal logins for streaming services. Cable is available for guest use. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. This property is managed by Vacasa Delaware LLC. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. <br/>Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles. <br/>Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quite hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! <br/>Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
