The chef will love the expansive kitchen, with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a larges standalone island, perfect for meal prep or a quick snack. The adjacent dining table offers plenty more space at mealtime. Hop on one of the available bikes and spend the day exploring on two wheels, then come home to cool off in the central air-conditioning while the washer/dryer takes care of any laundry. Entertainment options include board games, free high-speed WiFi and cable, and five streaming-capable TVs. And, with separate living areas both upstairs and down, everyone can watch what they want. At the end of the day, four spacious, well-appointed bedrooms promise a restful night’s sleep, including a main-floor primary suite with a private bath. They must be purchased and worn by all guests, six years and older, while using our amenities, including the pools, clubhouse/fitness center, and sports courts. This policy applies from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day. The outdoor pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The indoor pool is not accessible. Guests must use personal logins for streaming services. Cable is available for guest use. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. This property is managed by Vacasa Delaware LLC.
